Book a locker at a SmartPost parcel terminal in a convenient location. The recipient and sender details are pre-filled, all you need to do is enter the parcel number.

In the first box, you must enter the numbers from the bottom barcode on the parcel label, Example - (00) 664300421956970 84 0 , for this code to work, you must remove the brackets and all spaces. The code should finally look like this - 00664300421956970840 . Once you have entered this code there, you can choose the appropriate size of the parcel locker and the location where you will enter the parcel. Once this is done, you can print out the MySmartpost parcel label and stick it on the package. The parcel label also has the necessary door code that you can use to place the parcel in the parcel machine.
