Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. ORGANISER

The campaign is organised by C&C EE OÜ, registered address: Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: the Organiser).

• 2. CAMPAIGN AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION

  2.1. The campaign “Trade in your old smartwatch for a new Apple Watch” (hereinafter: the Campaign) takes place from 09.01 to 26.02.2026 (hereinafter: the campaign period).

  2.2. The Campaign is open to all private customers who, during the campaign period, bring any smartwatch with a value of at least €1 to C&C stores and exchange it for an Apple Watch Series 11 model, or who complete a trade-in transaction through the C&C online store.

  2.3. If the value of the used smartwatch is at least €1, C&C EE OÜ will add a bonus of €50 to the value of the old device for the purchase of an Apple Watch Series 11.

  2.4. When bringing a used smartwatch to the store, the device will be evaluated on site by a store employee, and if the trade-in value is acceptable, the customer will be assisted in selecting a new product and an immediate discount will be applied according to the value of the old device.

  2.5. The discount applies only to Apple Watch Series 11 models available in stock. The discount does not apply to repair services or training.

  2.6. When completing the trade-in transaction via the online store, the used smartwatch must be added to the shopping cart together with the new Apple Watch Series 11, the purchase must be completed, and the old smartwatch must be sent for evaluation via a parcel terminal. If the amount received for the returned device (including the bonus) is acceptable, the money will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within two working days.   2.7. Within the framework of the Campaign, up to 5 used devices may be returned for the purchase of a new device; however, the bonus is added to the value of only one device — a smartwatch with a value of at least €1.

  2.8. By participating in the Campaign, the participant confirms the accuracy of the data provided, their compliance with the Campaign rules, and their agreement with these rules.

  2.9. The amount received for the old device is not paid out in cash and is not exchanged for a gift card. The amount, together with the bonus, may only be used for the purchase of a new product at the moment the old device is returned to the store or in accordance with the online trade-in process terms.

  


  2.10. The Campaign applies only to private customers.

  2.11. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to amend the Campaign terms during the campaign period or to terminate the Campaign early.

• 3. OTHER TERMS

  3.1. The participant acknowledges that by participating in the Campaign, the Organiser processes their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OÜ (read more at: https://cec.ee/en/privaatsuspoliitika). By submitting their personal data to the Organiser within the framework of the Campaign, the participant gives consent for their data to be processed for the purpose of sending campaign-related information.

  3.2. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  3.3. All complaints related to the organisation of the Campaign must be submitted in writing with the note “Apple Watch Trade-In Campaign” no later than 15.03.2026 to the e-mail address klienditugi@cec.com
