How to find the IMEI/serial number of your device?

You can view your IMEI code in Settings > General > About. IMEI is also located in the SIM card slot or on the back of your device; for devices with a removable battery, it is located on a sticker under the battery. See more options here.

You have 14 days to mail your order from the time you receive the shipping label with your order.

How do I ship my device?

You can conveniently send the device as a pre-formatted parcel from a SmartPost parcel machine. Along with your new device order, you will also receive a parcel label and a code to reserve your locker at the nearest machine on the SmartPosti portal. See the instructions on how to recognize the parcel code and add it to the portal in the correct format.

How long does the trade-in process take in total?

Once you receive your new device order, you have up to 14 days to send back your trade-in device. It will then take a day or two for the device to be assessed and the final document to be sent to you. Once you have finalised your order, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 2 business days.

How much will I get for my device?

You can get an estimated price for your device from the calculator on our website. The final price will be determined after the technician's assessment and will be sent to you by email for confirmation.

Can I get the estimated value in the online store but make a return in the store?

Yes, you can get the estimated value of your devices from the calculator and you don't have to make a trade-in right away. You can order a new device from the online store and, for example, make a trade-in later in the store, then you will receive our gift card for the value of the old device. If you want to buy a new device at a discount for the value of the old device, you can do this in our stores.

Does C&C offer device recycling?

Yes, we accept and recycle your broken electronic devices for free that can no longer be used again. You can also bring batteries, cables, cases, monitors, etc.

Do I also have to return accessories and extras to get a full refund?

No, but you can also include chargers, cables, cases, and watch straps - we will responsibly recycle them for you. If your device has a screen protector, it must be removed for evaluation and will not be returned if you cancel your purchase.
