1. KORRALDAJA
Kampaaniat korraldab C&C EE OÜ, registreeritud asukoht Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registrikood 10390835. (edaspidi: Korraldaja).
2. KAMPAANIA NIMI
„C&C koolialguse kampaania 0%“.
3. KAMPAANIA PERIOOD
07.08. - 10.09.2026 (edaspidi „kampaaniaperiood”).
4. KAMPAANIA TINGIMUSED
4.1 Kampaania raames on erakliendil võimalus soetada C&C salongidest või e-poest endale kampaaniaperioodil uus iPhone, Apple Watch või AirPodsi mudelid intressivaba järelmaksuga.
4.2 Kampaania kehtib kõikidele kampaaniaperioodil tasutud iPhone, Apple Watch ja AirPods mudelitele. Järelmaksuperiood soodusintressiga iPhone mudelitele on kuni 20 kuud, Apple Watch ja AirPods mudelitele kuni 10 kuud.
4.3 Kampaaniat ei saa rakendada koos partnerite erisoodustustega ning teiste kliendikampaaniatega.
4.4 Järelmaksu pakkuja iPhone mudelitele on Inbank Finance AS. Järelmaksu pakkuja Apple Watch ja AirPods mudelitele on LHV Finance AS. Täpsema kuutasu teadasaamiseks tutvu järelmaksu tingimustega ning esita järelmaksutaotlus.
4.5 Krediidiandjaks iPhone mudelitele on Inbank Finance AS (tegevusloa nr 4.1-1/31, tegevuskoht Niine 11, Tallinn, tel 640 8080). Enne lepingu sõlmimist tutvu hoolikalt soovitava lepingu tingimustega ja vajadusel konsulteeri Inbank Finance AS-i töötaja või muu asjatundjaga.
4.6 Krediidiandjaks Apple Watch ja AirPods mudelitele on LHV Finance AS (tegevusloa nr 4.1-1/69, tegevuskoht Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn, tel 680 2700). Enne lepingu sõlmimist tutvu hoolikalt soovitava lepingu tingimustega ja vajadusel konsulteeri LHV Finance AS-i töötaja või muu asjatundjaga.
5. MUUD TINGIMUSED
5.1. Osaleja kinnitab, et on teadlik et Kampaanias osaledes töötleb Korraldaja tema isikandmeid vastavalt C&C EE OÜ isikuandmete töötlemise üldpõhimõtetele (loe lähemalt https://cec.ee/privaatsuspoliitika). Kampaanias raames enda isikuandmete edastamisega Korraldajale, annab Osaleja Korraldajale nõusoleku töödelda tema isikuandmeid kampaaniaga seotud informatsiooni edastamiseks.
5.2. Kõik Kampaaniast tulenevad vaidlused lahendatakse vastavalt Eesti Vabariigi seadusandlusele.
5.3. Kõik pretensioonid seoses Kampaania korraldamisega tuleb saata kirjalikult märkega „C&C koolilõpukampaania” hiljemalt 09.09.2026 e-mailile klienditugi@cec.com

The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered office: Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
CAMPAIGN NAME
“C&C Back-to-School Campaign 0%”.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
07.08 – 10.09.2026 (hereinafter “Campaign Period”).
CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1 During the campaign, private customers have the opportunity to purchase a new iPhone, Apple Watch or AirPods model from C&C stores or online with interest-free installment payments during the Campaign Period.
4.2 The campaign applies to all iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods models paid for during the Campaign Period. The installment period with a promotional interest rate is up to 20 months for iPhone models, and up to 10 months for Apple Watch and AirPods models.
4.3 The campaign cannot be combined with partner special offers or other customer campaigns.
4.4 The installment service provider for iPhone models is Inbank Finance AS. The installment service provider for Apple Watch and AirPods models is LHV Finance AS. For the exact monthly payment, please review the installment terms and conditions and submit an installment application.
4.5 The credit provider for iPhone models is Inbank Finance AS (license No. 4.1-1/31, address: Niine 11, Tallinn, tel. +372 640 8080). Before signing the agreement, carefully review the terms of the proposed contract and, if necessary, consult an employee of Inbank Finance AS or another specialist.
4.6 The credit provider for Apple Watch and AirPods models is LHV Finance AS (license No. 4.1-1/69, address: Tartu mnt 2, Tallinn, tel. +372 680 2700). Before signing the agreement, carefully review the terms of the proposed contract and, if necessary, consult an employee of LHV Finance AS or another specialist.
OTHER CONDITIONS
5.1 The participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the Campaign, the Organizer processes their personal data in accordance with the General Principles of Personal Data Processing of C&C EE OÜ (read more: https://cec.ee/en/privaatsuspoliitika). By providing their personal data to the Organizer within the framework of the Campaign, the Participant consents to the Organizer processing their personal data for the purpose of sending information related to the campaign.
5.2 All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
5.3 All complaints related to the organization of the Campaign must be submitted in writing, marked “C&C Back-to-School Campaign”, no later than 09.09.2026, to the e-mail address klienditugi@cec.com
