The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered address: Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: the Organizer).
The campaign “Buy and Fall in Love with iPhone Air” (hereinafter: the Campaign).
13th of October – 25th of December 2025 (hereinafter: the Campaign Period).
4.1 During the Campaign Period, customers have the opportunity to purchase an iPhone Air smartphone from C&C stores or the online store, use it for 14 days, and return it to a C&C store of their choice if they are not satisfied with the device.
4.2 Each customer may test and return one iPhone Air smartphone during the Campaign. The 14-day period is calculated based on the formula purchase date + 1 day. Example: if the purchase date is 13.10.2025, the last return date is 27.10.2025. Later returns will not be accepted. Accessories cannot be returned as part of this Campaign.
4.3 The returned iPhone Air must be in as-new condition, meaning that the phone must not have any scratches, damage, or signs of wear. If the device shows any of the above or similar damages (including liquid damage or other types of physical damage), the customer will not be eligible for a return.
4.4 When returning the device, it must be in its complete original packaging, including the sales box, charging cable, and any accompanying documentation. If the device is completely damaged, lost, or the customer cannot remove the Find My Device lock, the device is considered destroyed, and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
4.5 To return the product, the customer must present the purchase receipt, and the iPhone Air purchase amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within three business days.
4.6 When returning the iPhone Air, the phone must be disconnected from other devices and restored to factory settings. Upon request, store staff can assist with this process, so the customer should allow additional time when visiting the store.
4.7 The Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions or partner discounts, and the offer is valid for both private and business customers.
4.8 C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to refuse a refund and reject the return of an iPhone Air if it is determined that the offer has been misused in bad faith.
4.9 In case of deterioration of the goods to be returned, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. To determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, the buyer may handle and use them only to the extent that is normally permitted in a store. Among other things, the value of the goods is considered diminished if the product packaging has been damaged.
4.10 C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign or to terminate the campaign before the end of the campaign period.

By submitting their personal data to the Organizer within the scope of the Campaign, the participant gives consent for their personal data to be processed for the purpose of communicating Campaign-related information.
5.3 All complaints regarding the organization of the Campaign must be submitted in writing with the note “iPhone Air Campaign” no later than 15th of January 2026 to the email address klienditugi@cec.com
